On blue area in the right there isn't any solid (OpenGL)

If when drawing the solid on the right side of the windows nothing is displayed then there is no any OpenGL drivers installed. You should update drivers or try OpenCL™ and OpenGL® Compatibility Pack https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/opencl%E2%84%A2-and-opengl%C2%AE-compatibility-pack/9NQPSL29BFFF?hl=en-us&gl=us For Intel HD graphic OpenGL drives are available on intel.com.
